I am currently using interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) and polarimetric SAR (PolSAR) data to study land subsidence and potential levee seepages in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta for emergency response after flood and earthquake events. I am working with NASA JPL collaborators to provide GIS tools to aid the CA Dept. of Water Resources with their current levee monitoring efforts.
