A graduate researcher with extensive background in veterinary medicine and wildlife advocacy. Currently, I am working on my PhD at UCLA's Geography Department. My dissertation research focuses on the governance of zoonotic diseases, critically examining how animals and environments are managed and policed in regard to disease-related policy and biosecurity measurers. Post-graduation, I aspire to continue in academia, advocating for more inclusive forms of governing animal and environmental health.
